Shipping policy

Every order is carefully prepared by our small team, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Most items are processed for shipment within 4–5 business days, unless a different timeline is noted on the product page.

For U.S. orders: To help you avoid extra duties and taxes, all shipments to United States addresses are fulfilled through our U.S. distribution center. While we work hard to ship as quickly as possible, please allow up to 15 business days for your order to leave our facility — timelines depend on current inventory availability.
